I trained with my trainer for only 12 sessions, but within those sessions, he taught me how to safely and properly perform a variety of exercises that I could not have completed on my own. This was my first real experience at a gym as well as with a personal trainer. My trainer was patient with me and he created a workout schedule that was perfect for my fitness level. He was always prepared and had a positive attitude, both encouraging and motivating me to reach my full potential. My trainer’s training gave me confidence in myself and helped me get on my way to a healthier lifestyle.
