I only trained with my trainer for 6 sessions, but within those sessions, he taught me proper form and overall helped me achieve different exercises I couldn’t have learned properly on my own. Due to my shoulder surgery, I couldn’t work out with heavy weights and had a difficult time revamping each exercise to fit my needs. Once My trainer started training me, within seconds he had 5 different exercises safe and doable for me to perform. I thought I was fit, wait till you train with him, he’ll outperform you so fast you’ll wonder how he does it. All in all, he’s an excellent guy willing to work with you to get the results you want.
