Meeting with my trainer once a week has helped and taught me a ton. He would build full bodywork outs, where I was pushed every time and I feel stronger and healthy. Doing general labor can take its toll on your body, He also showed me how to properly lift without wrecking my body, Using a tire my muscles I didn’t even know I had have defiantly improved. He made exercising fun and upbeat, I would always look forward to the challenges he had for me, He educated me on how the body works, diets, why it’s important to stay healthy, and how to exercise effectively. Training is great, but only after a couple of meetings, People including myself had noticed a huge change.
