The club is big enough to have a variety of equipment and floor routine equipment, group classes, etc. ……. but small enough to be personable with the people that train in the facility. The best attribute about Charlie, is his ability to listen to his client's needs and adapt the exercises to their needs whether it be an injury, specific results required or giving the extra push that is usually required. He chooses exercises for optimum results and motivates when necessary….he encourages and supports clients in recognizing strengths and weaknesses. What people have to admit to is their own inability to move forward with that extra 5 push-ups or 5 more leg raises, or whatever, and that’s where Charlie Master Trainer encourages you.
